THE FACULTY OF HOMOEOPATHY


Candidates for the Diploma Examination in Homoeopathy must be fully-qualified medical graduates entitled to practise medicine in Great Britain. They must show evidence of real interest in Homoeopathy and of homoeopathic work already done. It is highly desirably that any candidate should have undergone a course of personal instruction in methods of adapting his theoretical knowledge to practical case work, i.e. by repertorial instruction.

The examination was held at The London Homoeopathic Hospital between June 3rd and 6th, 1946. The written papers were held on Monday, June 3rd. beginning at 10 a.m., Clinical examination on 4th and 5th. The date and time of vivus were to be notified at the written examination.

The fee for the examination is L10 10s., payable in advance. Candidates were to notify the Honorary Secretary of their intention to take the examination not later than May 27th, and enclose the examination fee.

1. Two papers of three hours each:

(a) Principles and Practice of Homoeopathy.

(b) Materia Medica and Therapeutics.

Candidates to have a full knowledge of drugs in the following list, but kit must be understood that the Examiners may ask questions which involve a knowledge of other remedies in the Materia Medica.:-
