Iberis, candytuft, belongs to the family of Cruciferae of which Sinapis, Raphanus and Thlaspi are members. Supposed to be a native of Spain. It was first proved under the direction of Dr. E. M. Hale in 1872 and 1872. Hale says the sphere of action of Iberis is immediately upon the heart, and those organs most directly under its influence.

The chief symptoms, from Clarkes Dictionary:.

Much pain over base of heart, with dull heavy pain in left arm and tingling in fingers and numbness in tips of fingers. Pains as if needles were crosswise in ventricles, and pricked at each contraction.
